Washington Zillah bounce house, Multiple Students Injured and 1 in Critical.
A terrifying moment was captured on camera when a bounce house flipped over with children still tethered to it.
It all happened at Zillah High School in Washington state during an Associated Student Body event on the school’s football field.
Strong gusts of wind caught the bounce house and caused it to flip over, taking the children with it.
“Five students were involved in the incident. The nature and extent of the injuries are unknown at this time,” the school said in a statement. “Our hearts go out to the students, parents, and staff of those involved.”
Though the school wasn’t specifying injuries, local authorities confirmed one victim was in critical condition and had to be airlifted from the scene.

Christopher Molina, a witness and sophomore at the high school, told reporters what she saw, stating, “We were having a fun day; everyone was having a good time with students and out of nowhere we see the bouncy house go up pretty high in the air. It came down, it hit the cement and one girl got a concussion — the other two girls broke their legs.”
The school is still investigating the incident.
