Talking on the Lord Mayor’s Banquet on the Guildhall in London, Mrs Could mentioned the UK is working “extraordinarily laborious” to succeed in a Brexit deal forward of the UK’s departure from the bloc.
However the Prime Minister warned that excellent points are “important”.
Mrs Could mentioned: “The negotiations for our departure are actually within the endgame.
“We’re working extraordinarily laborious, via the evening, to make progress on the remaining points within the Withdrawal Settlement, that are important.”
Taking up a troublesome tone, Mrs Could warned that the UK wouldn’t strike a Brexit cope with the EU “at any price”.
The Prime Minister mentioned: “Overwhelmingly, the British folks need us to get on with delivering Brexit, and I’m decided to ship for them.
“I would like them to know that I can’t compromise on what folks voted for within the referendum.
